LIVE BETTER WITH DEMENTIA
The Live Better with Dementia website has 500 practical advice articles, eBooks and real life stories written by people with personal experience of caring for someone living with dementia. This includes information to help understand the different stages of the dementia journey, guides on topics including Home Care and Lasting Power of Attorney and articles on topics including sundowning, the power of music, reducing stress and anxiety and more.
RARE DEMENTIA SUPPORT
Rare Dementia Support (RDS) is a UK based service provided by the UCL Dementia Research Centre (DRC). RDS works to support people affected by five rare dementia conditions: Familial Alzheimer’s Disease (FAD), Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), Familial Frontotemporal Dementia (fFTD), Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA), Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA).
